2. Raise a service request
Choose a category—property, parent care, or sourcing—link it to a property or family member, describe what you need, and submit. You’ll get a tracking ID and status updates.
3. Review and approve quotes
We’ll send you a quote for the work. Approve or reject from your dashboard. Once approved, we assign the work and keep you updated.
4. Track and get proof
Follow status updates, see who’s assigned, and receive completion notes, photos, and receipts. Invoices are available for your records.
